New Competitive Project for SWACO

SWACO has issued a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") to provide Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS) Design Services. The Project services are primarily for the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill but may include other SWACO facilities as needed. The Project is for a three- (3)-year task-order contract (2027 – 2030). Task-order projects may vary in size, description, and duration.

The RFQ Documents are available beginning Friday, September 4, 2026, and can be downloaded by visiting the SWACO website at www.swaco.org/Bids. Sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) are due and must be received by SWACO no later than 1:30 p.m. (EST), Friday, October 2, 2026.
