Miguel Ojeda is a Business Consultant and Senior Business Advisor with over two decades of experience in sales, operations, and business development across both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Known as The Solutionist, Miguel works with leadership teams to bring clarity, structure, and execution to complex growth and operational challenges.

At Auris, Miguel advises business leaders on how to evaluate, implement, and fully leverage software and services that support critical back-office functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, time management, and HR. His focus is on helping organizations simplify systems, reduce operational risk, and build scalable foundations that support sustainable growth.

After more than 20 years working in sales and business development across both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, one thing has become very clear:

Business development fails most often not because of effort or talent, but because it lacks consistency and intentionality.

In my work as a business consultant, I see teams working hard while still feeling:

  • Reactive instead of intentional
  • Busy but unclear on what’s actually moving the needle
  • Uncomfortable initiating or leading cold conversations and building new essential partnerships
