Foundation of Love for Youth(FLY House) is a Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) group home Licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) and accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Our team of professionally trained staff is dedicated to providing 24/7 comprehensive care and support - in a loving family-like atmosphere - to male youth aged 12-18 - in the foster care system - who are affected by substance use disorders, serious emotional disturbance (SED), trauma, and other related challenges.
FLY House is the brainchild of Tyra Martin, who is focused on helping others understand trauma and how it affects how our youth think, act, feel, and BEHAVE, as well as changing how society thinks of and deals with one of our most vulnerable populations.
